Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are subject to a surcharge depending on the item. Please contact a customer services representative who will confirm the cost of delivery to these destinations.
A stock check is run weekly against all the products within RealSports.co.uk to determine the availability of each particular item. Out of stock good's are removed.
We dispatch all orders within 24hrs. Notification is sent via email.
Many of our products, including a wide range of games tables and garden games, can be shipped by express delivery for a small surcharge. Simply choose your prefered delivery option from the product details page when ordering.
Please note 24hrs and 48hrs delivery MUST be placed before 12:00pm. Orders placed later than this will be shipped the next working day. Also note that express delivery options refer to working days only. We do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery in 3-5 Working Days
The majority of orders shall be delivered within this time. In most cases you may choose your own delivery date. Please notify us whilst placing your order. Alternatively we shall assign a delivery date for you and let you know by email. If we have not already dispatched your order, this date may be changed at your request to any later working day, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery in 10-14 working days
Certain larger items require specialist two man delivery teams. Our couriers shall contact you 24hrs prior to delivery to confirm a suitable day and time.
If you would like to request a specific delivery date, please do so in the delivery instructions area of the shopping basket. We shall confirm the date by email.
Please Note: Delivery may often be significantly earlier than the stated period.
We use a selection of national couriers who deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm. The courier will leave a card if the customer is not home, with a contact number of the nearest depot to arrange a more convenient time to deliver.
On the rare occasion where an item is damaged in transit we will of course offer to replace the damaged item immediately. Please ensure that you inspect the parcels carefully for transit damage before signing. This is absolutely crucial as we are unable to replace any damaged goods which have not been signed for as such.
Damaged good's MUST be reported to us via email or telephone within 48hrs of delivery. Failure to do so will waive your rights to free replacement good's or a full refund.

One Person Delivery Teams (Usually good's 40kg or less)
The majority of orders are delivered by overnight couriers including TNT and Lynx.
Specific delivery dates are usually emailed to you prior to delivery.
If you are not available on this date you may contact us to change it, providing we have not already dispatch your good's. Orders are usually processed within 24hrs.
If you are unavailable when the courier arrives, a calling card with their contact details will be left for you. It is your responsibility to contact the couriers within 48hrs to schedule a second delivery attempt on a day of your choice.
Alternatively you may collect the good's from the couriers warehouse.
Second delivery attempts and collections are both free of charge.
If two failed delivery attempts are made, your good's will be returned to us at your expense. You will be charged for both deliveries:
a) Original missed deliveries to your address
b) Collection from the courier and return to us
Typical courier fees are £45.00 per item.
Two Person Delivery Teams (Usually good's 50kg or more)
Due to the added expense of additional courier staff, all two man delivery teams are booked ahead of time. We shall contact you by email or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date with you. This date may not be changed once agreed.
If you are not available when our couriers call, you will be liable for a missed delivery fine.
There may also be an additional charge to arrange a second delivery to you.
Typical missed delivery fees for two person couriers is £60.00 per item.
