We have made buying from RealSports.co.uk as simple as possible. Our shopping basket will store items you have placed within it for up to four hours. Each item for sale will have an order button. When you press this button you are taken to the order-processing page where the item will be automatically added to your basket. To view items in the shopping basket and amend them accordingly simply click on the 'show order' section.
You can input how many of each item you would like, decide to continue shopping, remove an item from the basket or check out and place your secure order. It is at this time you would be asked for your name and address and then your credit card details if the shop has online authorisation. This information will be stored in a 'cookie' on your computer.
We will not store any such information on our system, in order to protect your privacy. The only details we cannot store are your credit card details.
Paying online is simple, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch debit cards. We authorise all credit card orders in 'real-time' and an email will be sent to you detailing your order.
We do not debit your credit card until your goods have been despatched. If you place an offline order you will be contacted by one of our representatives to arrange payment - this will usually be by cheque or postal order.

We only collect information when you order an item from the site, enter a compeitition or subscribe to our mailing list. In these cases you will be asked to complete some or all of your personal details, credit card details and delivery details.
These details are passed to our accounts system via a secure server and not available to any other parties other than our Payment Solution Provider - Secpay, who will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Most areas where we collect information will have an opt out option, so you can ensure you do not receive any further information from us. If there is no opt out option (e.g. the secure order form) then you can safely assume you will not be added to our mailing list.
We only send emails to customers who choose to receive them. We never pass your information on to any 3rd parties.
All credit and debit card transactions with RealSports.co.uk take place automatically over a secure server with information encrypted to ensure that your card details can not be seen by any third party - not even ourselves.
The security of the system used by RealSports.co.uk has been checked and verified by Which? and i-stores.co.uk to ensure absolute confidentiality.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Acknowledgement of orders
We will acknowledge all orders immediately via e-mail.
Please wait 2-8 if you are in the UK. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact us on or on 01993 844145 with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.
Your card will headerly be debited when the goods are dispatched. An authorisation takes place when you place your order. This simply guarantees that the funds are available on your card and that payment will be made to us. This authorisation remains valid for ten days.
When the order is placed, we will debit funds from your account overnight directly into our own. If certain items in your order are out of stock or unobtainable we will partially refund your order.
If the authorisation fails, the most likely explanation is that you have input your card details incorrectly. If this happens, press the back button on your browser and you will be returned to the card input page. Check that all the details are correct, and make any changes necessary before proceeding.
If all the details are correct and you still fail to get an authorisation then we advise that you contact your card issuer to establish why your card was not authorised.
We will receive your order anyway and may contact you to arrange for alternative methods of payment.
All personal data, including your card number is transmitted over secure connections, meaning that no-one can 'eavesdrop' and capture your details.
In addition to this, your card details are not viewable by us at all, they are simply transmitted over the bank's private X25 network for authorisation and payment transactions.
You are protected because the transaction was carried out as 'Cardholder not present.' This means that any payments will be refunded to your card should it be used fraudulently by someone else or you do not receive what you ordered.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends) we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the out of stock items or will be given an expected date of delivery.
Please consult our product pages for estimated delivery times. Please be aware that some items may arrive in separate packaging or on different dates. This is due to variations in our suppliers.
Delivery to the UK Mainland is Free of Charge.

We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail.
We use a specialist 2 man home delivery carrier for these products. Deliveries on this service are pre-booked and your table will normally be delivered in around 2-5 working days. You should be contacted within 24 hours of the order being processed to arrange a delivery date using the carrier's delivery postcode matrix. If it is not possible to reach you initially but a mobile number has been provided, you will receive a text enabling you to book your own delivery online. If you have not provided a mobile number then a message will be left requesting a call back to arrange the delivery. Once a delivery date has been agreed, you will be contacted again 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery date to advise a 2-hour delivery window (Note: the slot is determined by the delivery company and is non-negotiable).
Please be advised that you will be invited to inspect the goods at the point of delivery and this is your opportunity to ensure that the goods received are perfect. We regret we are unable to replace or refund goods which have not been checked upon delivery, even if the packaging appears intact. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check your goods at the point of delivery, whilst the courier is still present. If assembly has been booked then you must provide a dry (covered) location where the table can be assembled. Should you order an F-1 Football Table, this will be despatched via Citylink on a next day delivery.
When our carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage. The number of boxes you should receive will be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carriers delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature.
Faulty or damaged good's MUST be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery.

Any visible damage to the equipment or packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS 'UNEXAMINED' OR 'UNCHECKED' WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You MUST cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carriers delivery note.
It is very important to check your order. If, after inspection, you find any damage or parts missing that wasn't visible on signing for the goods, the shortages or damages MUST be reported to Real Sports Ltd by the next working day from signing. Neither Real Sports Ltd nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages or faults if you do not note them on your delivery note or if you do not report any damage/shortages to us within the specified timescale.
If these conditions are not adhere to, it is not possible to arrange for replacment good's or a refund at any time.
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your goods. A refund will be issued within 30 days. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in posession of them and must return them in their original packaging and condition. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you will be liable for all outward & return carriage costs. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily. All refunds will only be made after receipt by us of the original goods supplied by realsports.co.uk.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN SEVEN WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY.
As a customer of Real Sports Ltd. you have the unconditional right to cancel your order's without giving a reason within seven working days of receiving your good's.
All non faulty goods must arrive back with us in perfect condition in their original packaging. No refunds will be payable on goods that arrive damaged, marked, or without their original packaging.
If you receive faulty goods, please ensure you contact us by the next working day from signing for them. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will either arrange an exchange for you. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by Real Sports Ltd and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.
Please note: unless you are returning faulty items, goods are returned at your own expense. You are advised to return goods using a 'signed for' service to provide you with insurance should they get lost and fail to arrive back with us.

Should you have any complaint regarding this site, the services offered, or given, please email and we will respond in detail the same day if possible, during which time we may need to contact you. You will be kept well informed at all times.
